• Special Purpose Machines - For machining and other manufacturing operations, with the desired degree of automation using Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical/ Electronic controls, Auto component loading and unloading. We have developed many customized machines in the field of Metal Cutting, Grinding application, Lapping operation, Metal Gathering Machine (Up setters), CNC bar cutting machines.
• Modular Units - Spindle Units, Drive Assemblies, Gear Boxes, Slide and Table Units, Feed Units, Main Bases, Wing Bases, Columns, Rotary Slides, Rotary Indexing Tables, Multi drill heads etc.
• Jigs and Fixtures - For machining, Welding, Assembly and Testing operations on conventional GPMs, SPMs and CNC Machines.
• Cutting Tools - Special Cutting Tools for machining operations incorporating latest technology.
• Precision Tooling Systems - Boring Bars with combination tools / multiple tools, Turning Heads, Facing Heads, Grooving Heads and Work Holding Devices etc.
• Inspection and Testing Equipment - Measuring Gauges, Receiving Gauges, Test Rigs for performance and endurance testing.
